Caruso Restaurant

Located on the ninth floor, the Caruso Roof Garden overlooks the Gulf of Naples and Castel dell’Ovo. The restaurant celebrates the intimate bond between the legendary tenor and his city, honouring his passion for Neapolitan cuisine, which he regarded as the deepest connection to his roots. Since 2024, Chef Emanuele Petrosino has curated the menu, reinterpreting Campania’s culinary heritage as a thoroughly contemporary dining experience.
